1. PRODUCT AND INTENDED USE — READ THIS
PureFlow is a MECHANICAL WATER FILTER. It is not a water purifier and
not a medical device.

It removes particles larger than approximately 0.1 micron: bacteria,
protozoan parasites, microplastics and sediment.

IT DOES NOT remove viruses, heavy metals, chemicals, pesticides,
fuels, solvents, salt, or radiological contamination.

DO NOT USE ON saltwater or brackish water, flood water, water near
farms, mines, industry or landfill, water that smells of chemicals or
has a sheen, pool or spa water, or urine.

NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR A SAFE DRINKING WATER SUPPLY. In an emergency or
boil-water notice, follow your local public health authority. Where
viral contamination is possible, boil or chemically treat the water as
well as filtering it.

A filter frozen while wet must be replaced — freezing ruptures the
membrane invisibly.

Performance figures describe laboratory results for 0.1-micron
hollow-fibre filtration. Real-world performance varies with water
quality and maintenance. Keep away from children under 3 — small parts.

2. NO HEALTH ADVICE
Nothing on this site is medical, public health, or emergency
preparedness advice. If you have a health condition or a compromised
immune system, consult a qualified professional.

3. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy, accepted when we dispatch. We may
cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price or description
was wrong, we suspect fraud, or we cannot ship to your address.
Cancelled paid orders are refunded in full.

4. PRICING
Prices may change without notice; changes do not affect accepted
orders. Where a reference ("was") price is shown, it refers to a price
previously offered on this store. Obvious pricing errors may be
cancelled and refunded.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not break the law, interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, or
attempt unauthorised access.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Site text, images, layout and code belong to ClickCraft Ventures or
our licensors. Third-party brand names remain their owners' property;
no affiliation is implied.

7. REVIEWS
Submitting a review grants us a royalty-free licence to display it. It
must be your own honest experience. We remove unlawful, abusive or
fraudulent content. WE DO NOT REMOVE REVIEWS FOR BEING CRITICAL, and
we disclose any incentive given for a review.

8. LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for your
purchase is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for
indirect or consequential loss.

NOTHING HERE EXCLUDES liability for death or personal injury caused by
our negligence, liability for fraud, your statutory consumer rights,
or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. EU consumer rights
under Directives 2011/83/EU and (EU) 2019/771 are unaffected.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We link to carrier tracking pages and the 17TRACK service. We do not
control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy
practices.

10. GOVERNING LAW
Governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without affecting mandatory
